New State represents a shift in drinking culture—alcohol-free spritz alternatives made for social occasions. Infused with mood-enhancing nootropics, adaptogens, and native Australian ingredients, the range delivers refreshing, complex flavours designed for a mature palate. It offers a way to enjoy the moment while maintaining control, without compromising the experience.

The Functional Spritz range serves as a thoughtful alternative to cocktails, providing a mood-enhancing experience. Complementing this, New State’s Hopped Water offers a more relaxed option—a satisfying substitute for beer or seltzer, ideal for winding down.

Inspired by the idea of an altered state, we used a hands-on, analogue technique to capture the brand’s unique personality. Ingredient imagery was scanned in motion, creating intentionally skewed, distorted imagery with a raw, early digital-age aesthetic - impossible to replicate digitally.
